Complaints Policy

We spend a considerable amount of time and effort in ensuring we offer the best service possible

to all our customers and users. If you should have a complaint please put this in writing and e-

mail to graham@cvsltd.co.uk

Alternatively, you can post it to the following address:

Please mark it for the attention of Graham Harbord (Director)

We will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 5 working days and we hope to

provide a solution within 1 month.

If the first response is not satisfactory we will write to you again within 1 month to

provide a final solution.

We will always respond to your complaint in full within 2 Months

Throughout the process we will keep in contact by phone or email

If you are not satisfied with our response, or if a complaint is not resolved within the timescale

shown above you may refer the complaint to :
